Waterproofing is one of the most important aspects

Waterproofing is one of the most important aspects of any build and here at Falcon Developments we take it to the next level.

The wet area surfaces are prepared by grinding the substrate back to clean concrete before any waterproofing products are applied.

This removes any foreign contaminates such as cement render and mortar during the previous stages of construction.

This ensure the waterproofing is applied on the best possible surface.

Primer, acrylic membrane on the walls and polyurethane membrane on the floors.

Once the sand and cement bedding is laid, a further two coats will be applied to make one impenetrable seal prior to tiling.
